Pastor Tim will be visiting his previous youth ministry @ Bartley end of this month, as his youth pastor friend, Dave, will be giving his last message (returning to NZ in Dec). They meet @ Bartley Christian Church, John Willis Hall, 3-6pm on Saturdays. We can meet at Bartley MRT 2.45pm, and can stay for worship and message (until 4.30-5pm), 2nd half is CG discussion. P&P Pointers for Oct EK’s Graduation Concert (17 Oct @ Republic Poly) Pray for the teachers as they prepare and train the children on the performance items based on the theme "Faith". Pray for sufficient volunteers to help out on three days – 11, 16 and 17 Oct. Pray for safety and God's protection over all involved for the 3 Days Pray for the graduation ceremony and concert to go on smoothly on 17Oct. Pray for the graduating K2 children to be able to transit confidently to Primary school next year Pray that the many bible stories they have heard while at EK will remain in their hearts and they will grow to have a hunger to seek God. Pakistan (Massive Floods) International donations will increase and reach people. Pray against corruption and terrorist groups that seek to siphon off money. Government leaders Task of massive infrastructure rebuilding, social & health needs. Plead God’s mercy & grace. Open doors for the gospel, spiritual brokenness of people to lead them to Christ. BIBLE STUDY CLASSSSSSS This BS class is by the youth leaders, but you all are encourages to join! We will begin next Tue, 19 Oct, 7.30pm @ Woodgrove. Here's the email from Ps Tim Bring along: 1. Bible (NIV or NASB) 2. Notebook 3. Stationary - include highlighter 4. A ready heart to learn and grow in God's word together. I will lead us on a preliminary session on biblical theology and we can discuss what book we want to study and how the class will work out e.g. who leads, teaches, etc. I'm suggesting either Luke-Acts or Romans. Come prepared to discuss! The session will be 1.5 hrs, so let's aim to start on time ok? See you next week! P.S.
