okay. here's what's happening for open sun. everything here's tentative, btw.

we have one ice-breaker for everyone, followed by 4 station games (two teams per station at a time). hopefully, we'll end on time.

SO.

overview:

total time. 3~ hours

venues. cana, fushan, G1,6, bbal courts opposite

0.5. Ice licker (which is our ice breaker .___. )

-manned by everyone without a station; if your name isn't below that's you.

-items needed. plastic drink bags (like the ones from 834), the clues, tubs, water (for ice), stones.

-venue. cana hall

-procedure. we freeze each team's clue (where to go, in what order) in a tub of ice. they have to lick the ice till it melts. they're timed, the ones who finish fastest will get some advantage. points, maybe. we'll see.

-note. teams dont leave once they have their clue. they wait till everyone's done before moving off. time and placing is recorded though.

1. Pac man

-Keith and Joel

-items needed. paper plates, marshmallows

-venue. G1, G6

-procedure. we put marshmallows on paper plates and teams have to walk around picking up as many as they can with their mouths. there may be monsters or whatnot, i'm not sure how it works. haha, can ask keith on sat.

2. Captain fruit

-Sarah, Eliza

-items. FRUITS (not confirmed which ones. actually, fruits may be ex, so we could end up using cabbage), and chairs.

-venue. bball courts near mrt tracks.

-procedure. its just captains ball. with fruit/veg of course.

3. Ultimate prata. HAHA.

-Esther, Aaron

-items. frozen prata (the cheap ones you can get from anywhere), chairs

-venue. bball courts near mrt tracks.

-procedure. its just ultimate frisbee. with prata of course.

4. Touch papaya

-Josh, Pearly

-items. Papayas (at least 3 total), chairs

-venue. fushan

-procedure. its just touch rugby. you get the idea.

we're having a test of the games this sat so station ICs pls find a way of getting the items you need for ONE session of the game. if really can't, you can ask some other IC to help you buy or something. whatever works la, haha. and keep the receipts! ade says "the items are so cheap, don't bother claiming from the church!!" -.- but she's probably wrong. so keep receipts. 

oh, we haven't thought of prizes yet.
