combined CG retreat

Last week, Eu Jin and I announced the ICs for our cg retreat.

here's a brief job description for each role, and some things you can start thinking about already:

Overall - overseer
Food - decide on venue for 2 outside lunches, prepare food for bbq, 1 dinner and 1 breakfast
Prayer - various prayer pointers, how we can pray more as a cg, individuals
Worship - prepare for 3 prayer sessions (you can appoint others to lead btw)
Games - prepare 1 ice-breaker, 1 afternoon game
Logistics - decide what stuff we need based on our prog, & be responsible for them
BS/Circle Time - for now, just read Daniel chapters 1-6
Treasurer - collect retreat fees & keep tabs on money

CG retreat is 19, 20 june (fri, sat).

There's youth GDOP this sun, the bus leaves at 1.30pm. Let's go for 9am service, so that we can have cg lunch at 11am . WEAR A RED SHIRT. Those who usually go on sat, switch to sun just for this week k? Because a few of us have youth alpha training on sat. I really hope as many of us can come, because we've not been able to meet as a cg for quite a while. Seems weird & incomplete when some are missing.
